Here we are at day six of my lemonade cleanse. I've got to say this has really been great so far. I've mentioned I really haven't had to much of an issue with being truly hungry, and so far so good. For instance today, I was in the mall and walked through the food court. Surprisingly I had no temptations or cravings at all! The smell of pizza and other good stuff smelled great, but it didn't make me want to eat or go off the deep end.
I really think the cleanse has made a huge difference on my body as well as mentally in helping with this. One thing I have forgot to mention is that I have been taking the wheat grass supplement suggested in the Master Cleanse Secret's guide. Once again, I would definitely suggest getting this guide if you're going to do the cleanse. The additional information available in the guide has been outstanding. Anyway, in one section it talks about this wheat grass, you can check out the book if you want more info on it. But following the suggestion and information around it I'm pretty sure has paid off in helping with NOT having hunger issues all the time yet still taking in the proteins your body needs, especially since we can't eat whole foods while on the cleanse.
I also haven't commented much on weight loss yet. Six days in and I have lost 8 pounds already. From reading I've heard weight loss varies from person to person, I'm pretty happy with what I've lost so far. I can hardly believe it, but I even feel more comfortable in my clothes now. In fact, I could drop at least 1 size down for my pants, maybe even 2 sizes by next week! This lemonade cleanse rocks!
